In such cases, the Seller will inform the Customer of the non-acceptance of the Order Proposal.<\/p><p data-start=\"4082\" data-end=\"4288\">All Purchase Proposals submitted to the Seller, as well as returns made by Customers, must correspond to normal consumer needs. Tanguro therefore monitors the number of Proposals submitted and returns made.<\/p><p><a style=\"color: #333333;\" name=\"formulazione\"><\/a><\/p><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3>Submitting a Purchase Proposal<\/h3><p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">To submit a Purchase Proposal, the User may proceed in \u201cGuest\u201d mode. The Website will request a series of personal data (identification, contact details, and other information) necessary for completing the process. If the User provides incorrect or incomplete information, the Purchase Proposal or shipment will be suspended until the User provides complete and correct data.<\/p><p><a style=\"color: #333333;\" name=\"acquisto\"><\/a><\/p><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3>Purchase Process<\/h3><p>To complete the order via the Website, the Customer must add the selected Product(s) to the Cart and submit a Purchase Proposal electronically to the Seller by filling out the form available at the following <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tanguro.com\/cart\/\">link<\/a><\/span> and following the instructions provided.<\/p><p data-start=\"5488\" data-end=\"5600\">The Customer will be guided step-by-step in the selection of Products and the creation of the Purchase Proposal.<\/p><p>The product sheets include:<br \/><br data-start=\"5633\" data-end=\"5636\" \/>\u2022 images of the Product (which may not perfectly match reality in terms of color or finish due to different browsers or monitors used);<br data-start=\"5771\" data-end=\"5774\" \/>\u2022 the name and detailed description of the Product;<br data-start=\"5825\" data-end=\"5828\" \/>\u2022 the indication of all essential Product features (e.g., composition, colors, dimensions);<br data-start=\"5919\" data-end=\"5922\" \/>\u2022 the price including taxes.<\/p><p data-start=\"5952\" data-end=\"6383\">The Cart page will contain the following summary:<br data-start=\"6005\" data-end=\"6008\" \/>\u2022 name of the selected Product;<br data-start=\"6039\" data-end=\"6042\" \/>\u2022 selected quantity;<br data-start=\"6062\" data-end=\"6065\" \/>\u2022 total price including taxes and any shipping or delivery costs or postal fees and any other pre-quantifiable cost. It will be stored in our systems.<\/p><p data-start=\"7227\" data-end=\"7459\">By submitting the Purchase Proposal, the Customer confirms having read and accepted all additional information available on the Website, including via link, such as th<span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.28px;\">e <\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Privacy Policy<\/span><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.28px;\"> and the <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"#recesso\">Return Policy<\/a><\/span><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.28px;\">.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"7461\" data-end=\"7812\">After sending the Proposal, the Customer will receive an email containing the order summary and confirmation that the Seller has received the Proposal. Receipt of this communication constitutes acceptance of the Customer\u2019s Proposal. The price of the Products and shipping costs indicated in the Purchase Proposal are charged at the time of submission.<\/p><p data-start=\"7814\" data-end=\"7924\">The Sales Contract is considered concluded when the Seller sends the Order Confirmation email to the Customer.<\/p><p data-start=\"7926\" data-end=\"8251\">The Seller has the right not to accept the Customer\u2019s Purchase Proposal if it does not offer sufficient solvency guarantees, is incomplete or incorrect, or in case of unavailability of Products or excessive burden in fulfilling the order. The Seller may choose the courier based on current availability and cost-efficiency, ensuring safe and trackable delivery.<\/p><p data-start=\"10083\" data-end=\"10212\">Products will be delivered by the Courier to the shipping address provided by the Customer when submitting the Purchase Proposal.<\/p><p data-start=\"10214\" data-end=\"10636\">The Seller will deliver without undue delay, within legal timeframes, making every reasonable commercial effort. Any delivery estimate provided at the time of order shall not be considered essential. Subject to other rights granted by these Conditions and applicable law, the Customer is entitled to cancel the order and receive a refund if the Seller\u2014due to its own negligence\u2014fails to deliver within the legal timeframe.<\/p><p data-start=\"10638\" data-end=\"10805\">If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the Customer, the Product will be returned to the Seller, who will charge the Customer for storage and shipping costs.<\/p><p data-start=\"10807\" data-end=\"10922\">Tanguro reserves the right to terminate the contract, retaining sums corresponding to additional expenses incurred.<\/p><p data-start=\"10924\" data-end=\"11108\">The Seller shall not be held responsible for nondelivery resulting from omissions by the Customer, including nonpayment of taxes, duties, or tariffs applied by the destination country.<\/p><p data-start=\"11110\" data-end=\"11261\">Delivery is deemed fulfilled when the Products are made available to the Customer, at which point the risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer.<\/p><p><a name=\"garanzia\"><\/a><\/p><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3>Product Warranty and Compliance<\/h3><p data-start=\"11310\" data-end=\"11627\">In accordance with applicable law, all Products sold to Consumers are covered by a two-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery. The Customer may report any defect within two (2) months of discovering it. The provisions of Title III, Chapter I of Legislative Decree 206\/2005 (Consumer Code) apply.<\/p><p data-start=\"11629\" data-end=\"11869\">In the event of a conformity defect, the Consumer is entitled to request repair or replacement. If these remedies are impossible or excessively burdensome, they may request a price reduction or contract termination (Art. 130 Consumer Code).<\/p><p data-start=\"11871\" data-end=\"12047\">The essential characteristics of Tanguro Products are described in each product sheet. Images and colors may differ from actual appearance due to browser or monitor variations.<\/p><p data-start=\"12049\" data-end=\"12458\">Tanguro Products are unique, artisanal pieces made through processes ensuring authenticity and originality; therefore, they may naturally feature imperfections. Any deviations in design or color compared to the product sheet do not affect functionality or appearance and shall not constitute defects under the Consumer Code. They instead highlight the uniqueness, high quality, and craftsmanship of the items.<\/p><p><a name=\"forzamaggiore\"><\/a><\/p><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3>Force Majeure<\/h3><p data-start=\"12487\" data-end=\"12672\">The Seller shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling obligations under the Sales Contract if such failure or delay results from force majeure events beyond its control.<\/p><p data-start=\"12674\" data-end=\"13509\">Unless proven otherwise, the following events shall be presumed to constitute force majeure:<br data-start=\"12766\" data-end=\"12769\" \/>(i) war (declared or not), hostilities, invasion, foreign enemy acts, large-scale military mobilization;<br data-start=\"12873\" data-end=\"12876\" \/>(ii) civil war, riots, rebellion, revolution, military or usurped power, insurrection, terrorism, sabotage, piracy;<br data-start=\"12991\" data-end=\"12994\" \/>(iii) currency restrictions or trade embargoes, sanctions;<br data-start=\"13052\" data-end=\"13055\" \/>(iv) acts of authorities (lawful or unlawful), compliance with government orders, regulations, expropriation, confiscation, requisition, nationalization;<br data-start=\"13208\" data-end=\"13211\" \/>(v) plague, epidemics, natural disasters or extreme natural events;<br data-start=\"13278\" data-end=\"13281\" \/>(vi) explosions, fires, destruction of equipment, prolonged suspension of transport, telecommunications or energy supply;<br data-start=\"13402\" data-end=\"13405\" \/>(vii) widespread labor disputes including strikes, lockouts, slowdowns, factory or building occupations.<\/p><p data-start=\"13511\" data-end=\"13708\">If a force majeure event affects the Seller\u2019s performance, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible. Tanguro\u2019s contractual obligations will be suspended and deadlines extended accordingly.<\/p><p data-start=\"13710\" data-end=\"13866\">If the force majeure event lasts more than sixty (60) days, either party may request contract termination by notifying the other party within ten (10) days.<\/p><p><a name=\"foro\"><\/a><\/p><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3>Jurisdiction and Applicable Law<\/h3><p data-start=\"13913\" data-end=\"14148\">Without prejudice to mandatory EU consumer protection rules, these General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed and interpreted under Italian law, specifically the Civil Code, the Consumer Code, and Legislative Decree No. 70\/2003.<\/p><p data-start=\"14150\" data-end=\"14477\">Any dispute arising from these Conditions or purchases made by a Consumer through Tanguro\u2019s Website shall fall under Italian jurisdiction and the competent court shall be either: the court of the Consumer\u2019s place of residence or domicile, according to applicable law; or at the Consumer\u2019s choice, the Court of Florence.<\/p><p data-start=\"14479\" data-end=\"14581\">Rights granted by mandatory legal provisions in the Customer\u2019s country of residence remain unaffected.<\/p><p data-start=\"14583\" data-end=\"14771\">These General Conditions may be amended based on legislative developments.
